(More customer reviews)When I first purchased this carousel it was really very nice. The lights and music .. I was very happy with all of it. Then one day about 4-5 mos after purchase, the platform stopped spinning but the music still plays. The warranty is expired of course (90 days) and there is NO support whatsoever for this now. I can't even find instructions anywhere about how to take it apart and attempt a repair myself. The company will only say take it to a pro... I paid a LOT of money for this carousel and got MAYBE 2 hrs total running time. Of course I read other reviews online after the fact and apparently it's a pretty common problem. I will not make an "expensive" purchase of any "Mr. Christmas" item again.
